Support asset tagging and classification to ensure traceability and effective reporting. Conduct asset criticality assessments to prioritise maintenance efforts. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM): Develop and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Use data insights and team feedback to continuously improve maintenance strategies. Ensure critical spares are available and properly tracked to reduce downtime Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports on asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and system performance. Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to align CMMS functionality with business objectives. Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline). Time served technician with 5+ years experience in a maintenance engineering role. Proven experience in maintenance engineering and CMMS management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
