We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager and Senior Registrar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care, documentation, and accessibility of a diverse collection of over 4,500 artworks and growing archival material.
About the Role
* Lead registration, documentation, and logistics for loans, displays, and conservation.
* Oversee the implementation of a new collections management system and ensure best-practice standards in collections care.
* Manage budgets and audits for conservation and storage.
* Support strategic planning, policy development, and accreditation processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A third-level qualification in Museum Studies or a related field.
* Extensive experience in a registrar or collections management role.
* Proficiency in CMS platforms and digital tools.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
