The Talent Acquisition Lead will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment, operating as the recruitment authority for the organisation and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes worldwide.
This is a global role responsible for managing recruitment activity across multiple regions, supporting professional, technical and specialist hiring needs internationally. We are seeking a recruiter with a strong understanding of data centre operations and infrastructure roles, sourcing talent for mission-critical environments including technicians, engineers and operations managers, ensuring staffing aligns with uptime, compliance and security standards on a global scale.
Based in Dublin with a global remit, the Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, HR partners and corporate communications to ensure talent acquisition strategy aligns with business growth and project demands across international locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment across global markets using direct sourcing, referrals and targeted campaigns
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs
* Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organisational culture
* Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality recruitment service
* Lead recruitment campaigns, including referral programmes, industry-specific job boards and data centre communities
* Coordinate interviews, candidate debriefs and hiring decisions
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviews, offers and onboarding
* Act as the main point of contact for the applicant tracking system, recruitment reporting and metrics
* Deliver clear recruitment insights, status updates and performance reporting
* Identify and implement recruitment process improvements
* Lead large-scale recruitment projects and manage external recruitment partners
* Screen technical capabilities including project management, scheduling, engineering and data centre skills such as power, cooling, cabling and networking
* Assess relevant certifications including CompTIA, Cisco, AWS and Uptime Institute standards
* Implement and track recruitment metrics while ensuring compliance with data centre security and access protocols
About You
* 5–8 years' recruitment experience within construction, mechanical and electrical, and data centre environments
* Experience working in large, complex or global organisations
* Proven experience leading recruitment or HR projects
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM platforms, job boards and social media sourcing
* Ability to influence hiring managers through market and sourcing expertise
* Experience managing high-volume or multi-region recruitment
* Experience recruiting for mission-critical facilities is highly desirable
* Knowledge of industry standards such as TIA-942 and ISO 27001 is a strong advantage
