Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator Job Type: Full Time Salary: Negotiable, starting at €40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location:Kilruddery Bray, Co. Wicklow Overview DM Morris are looking for a Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator to assist the various members of our team and ensure smooth office operations. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Quantity Surveyor and Directors, assisting on Supply Gov and E Tenders tendering process. Coordinating and sending quotations, accounts and invoices to customers. (Local Authority and Main Contractors) Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide support to the Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Directors & Engineer Coordinate, maintain and update bid documents work on a team managing bid submissions Preparing and sending out detailed itemized quotations, accounts and invoices to customers using the companys financial accounts system Support all office operations by answering phones, handling emails, filing and ensure day to day administration task are carried out efficiently Assist the Quantity Surveying team with the tendering process, preparing documentation and meeting deadlines Manage and maintain health & safety documentation, ensuring records are kept up to date Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and sending documents to main contractors Liaise with the accounting department Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time The ideal candidate will Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, construction or engineering industry, experience with public sector bids or tender writing Have excellent IT Skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, ECDL Previous experience working on government tenders and submissions Have the ability to learn new tasks, proactive and problem solving mindset Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Willingness to learn more about the industry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Fetac Level 5,6 Experience using accounting software Evolution MX is advantageous but not a requirement. Training will be provided.
