We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.


Job Description:

This role is ideal for individuals who have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in customer-facing environments.


Key Responsibilities:

* To provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and other mediums
* To respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* To work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and meet deadlines


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a customer service environment
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrable knowledge of achieving group/individual targets


Desirable Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

* Experience in the logistics or service industry
* Knowledge of reporting tools and techniques
* Strong PC skills including use of excel
