We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive Executive Assistant to work alongside the CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced company. The part-time role offers flexibility with the possibility of extending hours as needed.
The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks with a calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach, working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing email management and correspondence.
* Arrange domestic and international travel, coordinate events, and handle logistics for smooth execution.
* Actively engage on social media platforms, conduct research, and support content creation or outreach.
* Track and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are delegated efficiently.
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including minute taking, meeting preparation, and document preparation for board and leadership meetings.
Requirements:
* Highly efficient and independent individual with a logical thinking approach.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines consistently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook packages, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, with familiarity with AI tools.
* Discreet with sensitive information and professional in all interactions.
Additional Requirements:
* Flexibility to take on additional hours and travel when necessary.
* Experience in organizing events, meetings, and preparing for executive-level engagements.
