Summerhill are a building contractor based in Cork is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work across all projects with the site teams.
The Role
Duties will include:
Procurement and management of sub-contractors and materials
Cost monitoring and reporting of materials and projects
The Person:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or have good knowledge of a similar role
5plus years' experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancy
Excellent reporting skills
Strong
