Resilience Healthcare is a leading Irish healthcare organisation supporting ambitious growth across Ireland and internationally.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.We are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our recruitment strategy during an exciting period of expansion.This is a senior leadership role within our People & Culture function, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, with responsibility for managing a high-performing TA team, driving operational excellence, and building a sustainable international talent pipeline.The Role As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment across the organisation.You will oversee end-to-end hiring operations, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and manage external recruitment partners to deliver best-in-class outcomes aligned with Resiliences values and growth ambitions.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists delivering a full 360 recruitment service Ensure consistent performance, capability development and engagement across the TA team Act as deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition when required Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with senior leadership to design, deliver and evolve the TA strategy Build and maintain a diverse international talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs Align recruitment practices with organisational culture, values and long-term growth plans Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements Provide data-driven insights, market intelligence and recruitment reporting Vendor & Partner Management Manage recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and training providers Negotiate contracts, manage budgets and monitor vendor performance Drive value, quality and cost-effectiveness across all external partnerships Operational Excellence Champion employer branding and candidate experience across all touchpoints Oversee recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies and innovative search methodologies Continuously improve recruitment systems, processes and policies Deliver regular recruitment metrics and operational reports Culture & Values Model Resiliences values and promote a collaborative, people-first culture Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance across all TA activities About You You are a confident and motivated TA leader with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
