Job Overview
The SAP Business Analyst Lead is responsible for driving process design, system configuration, and end-to-end solution integrity across manufacturing, planning, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Plan to Produce workstream, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
* Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, define processes, and validate solution designs.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and support configuration across PP, QM, and related modules.
* Oversee process mapping, gap analysis, and integration considerations with Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP implementation partners.
* Support data migration activities and validation related to production, planning, and master data.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in SAP with a focus on Plan to Produce / Production Planning (PP) and related functional areas.
* Proven experience leading SAP workstreams in mid-to-large scale implementations.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: planning, scheduling, BOMs, routings, shop floor control, quality, and MRP.
* Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear functional designs.
* Demonstrated experience with integration touchpoints (MM, SD, WM/EWM, QM, FI/CO).
