The HR Service Centre Associate will provide exceptional support to employees, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within the service centre.
Main Responsibilities:
* Respond to questions on administrative procedures and practices across various communication channels
* Log, track, and follow up on employee requests and inquiries in our systems
* Guide employees on services and promote self-service tools like the HR Portal
* Research and resolve inquiries efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters
* Proactively resolve root causes of employee concerns and provide accurate solutions
* Test and validate responses for an HR Virtual Agent (Chatbot), ensuring accuracy
* Maintain compliance with service processes and ensure SLAs are met
* Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
* Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with policies and best practices
