Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Cork, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support site leadership and drive the delivery of people strategy across a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, providing both strategic and operational HR support, with a strong focus on employee and industrial relations, organisational development, and change management.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture aligned with company values
Support the development and execution of people strategies aligned to business objectives
Lead and support organisational change initiatives and associated people impacts
Provide coaching and guidance to line managers to enhance leadership capability
Act as a key advisor on employee and industrial relations matters
Manage and resolve complex ER/IR issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives and projects
Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing and supporting stakeholders at all levels
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
Strong experience in employee and industrial relations within a regulated or manufacturing environment
Experience working in a multinational environment an advantage
