We are looking for a
Bar Person
to join our team.
We are looking for someone with previous bar experience and excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalisedservice to guests.
Location:
Ashford Castle, Cong, Co.
Mayo, Ireland
Working pattern:
5 days over 7 (including some weekends & Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Person:
Provide exceptional, 5-star service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in the bar area.
Clean and prepare the bar area before service, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready for guest orders.
Take orders from guests for drinks and food, delivering them promptly and professionally.
Always maintain the bar and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Work closely with the Bar Supervisor and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
Experience as a Bar Person in a bar setting, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
A keen eye for detail to ensure all service aspects are carried out to the highest standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
