Lead Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead our team of surveyors across multiple projects in Ireland. With 10 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects nationwide.
* Manage and lead the Quantity Surveying function
* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ's) and schedule of rates (SOR)
* Provide accurate estimates and manage project costs effectively
* Evaluate and negotiate contracts, contract changes, and variations
* Assist with cost planning and cash flow projections
* Document and file all project information
* Regularly communicate with clients, contractors, and design teams
* Support the preparation of progress reports
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Degree-educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the consultancy construction sector
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost management, and contract administration
* Full Irish driving license is required
