This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic alignment.You will lead a diverse, globally distributed team—spanning field technicians, project managers, and service excellence roles—and serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders.
