* Location: Limerick (onsite 3 days per week)
* Rate: Up to €570 per day
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Transfer Agency expertise to join a fast-paced, client-focused change environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the financial services industry, partnering with a variety of stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.
About the Role
You'll join the Client Change Practice team, a group that works closely with Clients, Technology, Operations, Relationship Management, and Product teams to deliver change from initiation to implementation. This is an exciting and growing area of the business with a significant pipeline of activity.
What You'll Do
* Define, coordinate, and deliver process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles.
* Partner with clients and internal teams to analyse, scope, and document improvements.
* Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed with proposed solutions.
* Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensure timely approvals, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals.
Complete and review all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
What We're Looking For
* Transfer Agency experience is a must – ideally within a funds environment.
* Strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Confident communicator, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
* Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
