Operational Leadership Role
Job Overview:
This key leadership position focuses on directing and managing activities for a customer site in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, customer satisfaction, and budget management.
The successful applicant will drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes and empowering safety ownership. Additionally, they will establish a culture of business ownership and growth by expanding market share and supporting sales efforts.
A critical aspect of this role is cultivating a leadership-driven organisation that empowers all levels to think critically and take initiative. Strong partnerships with customer Fab leadership are essential, as well as coaching Managers on best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be promoted at all levels, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability. Revenue growth and margin improvement will be driven through expanding market share.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* 7 – 10 years of relevant experience.
* Extensive expertise in semiconductor or related industry, experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
* High-level customer management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others.
* Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
* Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across organisational levels.
* Process improvement and strong decision-making skills.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
