Work alongside the Head of Compliance to implement the new Irish Consumer Protection Code (CPC) 2025 and other regulatory requirements. Provide clear, practical guidance to business teams on compliance matters, including suspected or actual breaches, ensuring regulations are applied consistently across the firm.Senior Stakeholder Engagement. Act as a trusted compliance partner to senior management and business areas, proactively advising on regulatory interpretation and application. Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive awareness, adoption, and best practice in compliance standards.Data Protection & Compliance Oversight. Manage the firm's data protection mailbox, liaising with the Data Protection Officer as required, and support compliance monitoring, reporting, and governance activities to maintain adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, and conduct risk expectations.Key Skills RequiredProven experience in a 2nd Line of Defence (2LOD) compliance role, providing regulatory advice to the business.Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, including experience with arrears or similar post-event compliance work.Ability to interpret and apply regulations practically, with experience engaging and advising senior management.
