WestmeathType: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Fund Administrator to join our hedge fund operations team in Athlone. This is a key role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing operational support to a portfolio of hedge fund clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex fund structures and a proven track record in hedge fund administration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily administration and servicing of hedge funds, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of NAVs and investor reportingReview and validate complex fund valuations, pricing, income accruals, and performance fee calculationsReconcile cash, positions, and trades across multiple counterparties and systemsHandle investor communications, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers in accordance with fund documentation and AML/KYC requirementsAct as a key point of contact for fund managers, investors, auditors, and custodiansMonitor compliance with fund mandates and regulatory obligationsSupport internal projects, system upgrades, and process automation initiativesProvide training and guidance to junior team membersCandidate Profile4+ years’ experience in fund administration, with significant exposure to hedge fund structures (e.g., master-feeder, side pockets, SPVs)In-depth knowledge of hedge fund strategies (e.g., long/short equity, global macro, credit, derivatives) and operational intricaciesStrong numeracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityFamiliarity with trade life cycle and key instruments (futures, options, swaps, FX forwards, etc.)Proficient in fund accounting software and Excel; knowledge of systems such as Advent Geneva, PFS-Paxus, or similar is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently under pressure and manage competing prioritiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefitsA collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance cultureHybrid/flexible working arrangementsCareer development and continuous learning opportunitiesExposure to leading global hedge fund clients and complex investment productsEquality StatementWe are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
