If that sounds like you, earn €450+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30 hour contract. You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues. There’s a requirement to sell alcohol, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Shift Patterns
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am with your team, stocking award-winning products on the shop floor and preparing bakery items for customers to enjoy by opening time.
* Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, ensuring stores are clean and well presented, products remain fresh, and assisting customers with queries while working on tills to minimise queues.
* Late shift: From the afternoon start, delivering a top-class customer experience on tills, restocking missing items, and preparing the store for the next day.
What You'll Do
* Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
* Follow stock loss controls in all areas of the store
* Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Follow freshness and rotation principles
* Ensure all waste is managed correctly
* Assist in the stock count process
What You'll Need
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills

* Responsible and reliable

* Preferably prior customer-facing experience, but not essential if you have the right attitude

* €15.10 rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years

Salary by Year
* Year 1: Basic Rate €15.10; Unsocial €18.88; Overtime/Sundays €22.65; Bank Holiday €30.20
* Year 2: Basic Rate €15.70; Unsocial €19.63; Overtime/Sundays €23.55; Bank Holiday €31.40
* Year 3: Basic Rate €16.40; Unsocial €20.50; Overtime/Sundays €24.60; Bank Holiday €32.80
* Year 4: Basic Rate €17.40; Unsocial €21.75; Overtime/Sundays €26.10; Bank Holiday €34.80
