Key Responsibilities:

* To greet guests warmly and efficiently check in guests confirming all details are correctly updated on HotSoft
">
* Provide information directions and answer queries about the local area amenities

* Confirm or offer dinner reservations to all guests upon check in

* Handle room service calls quickly and efficiently

* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. Strong work ethic and customer centric mindset required. Excellent organisation and communication skills required. Ability to learn new information required.
