Branch Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in local affinity, agriculture, and commercial development, with experience in coaching staff and driving performance management.
Key duties also involve promoting a one-stop AXA shop for retail and commercial insurance, maximizing resource utilization through footfall, inbound/outbound telephony, and fulfillment activity.
Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate customer-first convenience and self-service, eliminating inefficient branch activities.
They will engage stakeholders across various channels, including MS Teams, phone, branch visits, and field calls, aligned to customer profiles.
Supporting cross-functional departmental projects and providing market trend insights is also essential for this role.
