Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to support internal clients on hardware and software issues. This is a contract role and is 5 days onsite in the Cork City office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and will have in depth experience with iOS and Apple devices. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal clients. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system Own the issue and facilitate technical support from the initial contact to resolution Escalate unresolved complex issues to appropriate support teams Requirements: 2-5 years in a customer facing technical support role 1+ year of in depth experience working with iOS/MacOS Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills Understanding of IP networking and basic network troubleshooting skills Understanding of multi-tiered and web-based information systems architecture Skills: Technical Support Mac iOS hardware software CRM
