Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at redchair-recruitment. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term profitable relationships in the specialist water filter industry.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a hybrid working week with flexibility to work from both office and remote locations. Reporting directly to company directors, you will play a key role in driving business growth through new business development and strategic account management.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities through identifying existing and complementary sectors
* Support bid process and proactive development of sales pipeline
* Manage strategic accounts and identify upsell opportunities
* Develop customer relationship management strategies and identify customer trends and demands
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years of sales and business development experience in an Engineering or technical setting
* The ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable insights
* A strong technical and product background
* Availability to travel to client sites as needed
