Three rotations help you develop the essential skills to accelerate growth and career progression.Responsibilities and activities span numerical analysis, actuarial principles, commercial insights into the life and pensions sector, and involvement in transformation initiatives.What You’ll GainFull educational support for Actuarial exams, including study leave, study materials, and peer mentoring.A tailored Graduate Development Programme combining virtual and in-person training on topics such as relationship management, business promotion, presentation skills, and financial well-being.A hybrid working model supporting flexibility and work-life balance.
