A leading home builder is partnering with Vickerstock to hire a site manager for a major residential project in Cork. This is a two-year fixed-term contract with strong career development and top-tier benefits.
The Role:
* Lead whiteboard and lookahead meetings to drive progress on the project.
* Oversee Health and Safety onsite and promote a culture of safety excellence.
* Manage site plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors to support the project team.
* Effectively manage sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
* Delegate responsibilities across the site team to maximize productivity.
* Provide weekly progress reports to ensure work is in line with the Programme of Works.
* Ensure compliance with company quality standards to maintain high project standards.
* Lead the site team and foster a positive, productive working environment.
