Business Analyst(payments experience)Start:ASAP JanuaryDuration:12 monthsRate:£ per dayLocation:5-days on site in central Dublin, IrelandRole Overview:As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering business analysis and solution documentation for small to mid-sized client engagements. You will act as the primary SME during delivery, supporting design, testing, and deployment phases and ensuring alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Solution DesignCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define Target Operating Models, engagement scope, and end-to-end solutions.Capture and transform client requirements into clear configuration and product specifications.Identify gaps, issues, and required product or capability enhancements.Work closely with Solution Leads, Solution Directors, and Technical Solution Architects to resolve solution gaps.Document full solution scope and hand over deliverables to Product and Development teams.Maintain inventory of impacted components, interfaces, and dependencies.Act as the SME and main point of contact during delivery, test, and deployment phases.Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and follow established methodologies.Provide reporting and escalate risks or deviations to Solution Leads / Directors as needed.2. Segment & Vertical Proposition DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for new product features or technical components, enhancing client value and platform performance.Recommend improvements to existing solutions and platform capabilities.Build expertise in specific verticals or market segments and support solution evolution within the EMEA region.Experience Required:3+ yearsof experience in functional delivery, ideally in aclient-facingenvironment.Strong experience designing and documenting solutions using standard methodologies:Target Operating ModelsBusiness Process DefinitionsUse Case ModellingUser StoriesProcess FlowsSequence DiagramsData ModelsCustomer JourneysBackground inPaymentsorFinancial Servicessolutions.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across complex organizations.Fluent English and Spanish.Eligibility to work as a contractor within theEuropean Union.
