Graduate Brand Ambassador/Marketing Coordinator
Our client is a beautiful hotel in South Co. Dublin, this is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about the hospitality sector, with experience in branding, digital marketing and social media.
Experience
* Confident, ambitious and pro active
* A Marketing qualification Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Experience in managing and updating website content.
* Experience using digital marketing tools and software systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, Social Insights)
* At least 2 years administrative experience in a marketing support role
* Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers)
* Proven Record in developing engaging social media content and creative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Help plan and implement along with the Director of Marketing, an annual marketing strategy & plan, regularly updating the management team on progress
* Fulfil the role of "Brand ambassador" for the company
* To be fully aware of maximizing profit through controlling marketing expenses
* Responsible for delivery all marketing material both on and offline
* Liaising with the Director of Marketing to successfully implement marketing initiatives
* Liaise with web company on Digital marketing plan and attend meetings as required.
* Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing databases.
* Manage and execute all email marketing campaigns, focusing on measurement and the effectiveness of different campaigns.
* Support seasonal group campaigns. Social media – ensure there is an updated monthly calendar for all social content, social media planning, scheduling, promotions, reporting of monthly analysis of activity and engagement.
* Assist in organizing photo shoots and creating photography and video content for offline and online channels.
* Engage with key influencers to promote the Hotel.
* Create a network of PR contacts to engage with to promote the hotel.
* Engage in corporate & social responsibility activities, especially within the local community.
