Summary of Position:The European Brand Manager is responsible for driving PetSafe Brands' marketing and brand plans across Europe. Reporting to the EU Marketing & Category Lead and working closely with cross-functional teams in Europe and the US, as well as trade partners and external agencies, the Brand Manager will oversee the implementation of the strategic marketing plan.Responsibilities:Build and manage marketing calendars and own NPD launch plans and marketing activationIdentify high-ROI marketing opportunities for EU retail partners that have promotional trade terms and own the execution and reportingLead the EU rebrand, including SKU consolidation, 10-language packaging, kitbox creation, PDP updates, and POP development – continued for Phase 1 and Phase 2Manage creative asset creation for NPD, trade marketing, merchandising, and eventsCoordinate POP creation with the US Creative Team and execute production and warehousingLead trade marketing activation across European retail storesOwn the European Brand Budget including allocation and trackingManage EU PR relationships to drive brand awareness and top-funnel visibilityProvide sales teams with branded assets for pitches and retailer meetingsSupport EU Category with go-to-market plans tailored by market and partnerAlign with EU social media team to streamline campaigns and maximise ROI for retail partner activation and top-funnel brand awarenessSupport Sales Managers at consumer shows and manage event merchandising needsManage creative assets and brand execution for tradeshows and consumer eventsQualifications:3–5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or integrated marketingExperience working across multiple European markets, including understanding cultural nuancesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and deadlinesBudget management experience, including allocation, tracking, and ROI analysisHands-on experience with retail or ecommerce marketing, including trade activation and partner marketing supportAbility to collaborate with sales, category, creative, PR agencies, and social teams across different regionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and marketsExperience developing or managing creative assets (packaging, POP, merchandising, PDPs, or event materials)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify high-impact marketing opportunities and measure effectivenessAccountabilities:Budget ManagementTrade Marketing Planning & ExecutionROI and performance of marketing activities
