12 Month Contract Nixon McQuade have partnered with a leading company based in Belfast City Centre to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth running of the company's financial operations. The Role: Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Support the finance team with month-end and year-end tasks. Handle queries from suppliers and clients, resolving any discrepancies. Provide administrative support, including filing and data entry. The Person: Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
