You will combine elite sales execution with a talent for coaching and scaling operations.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the data ecosystem and thrives in building collaborative, scalable sales processes.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & ExecutionOwn commercial new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.Leadership & Team GrowthLead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.About you5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing commercial teams.Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS. Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferredHigh agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environmentsLocationThis is a remote role in North America.
