What is the role?
The person in this role is responsible for supporting medical and commercial initiatives across EMEA.
What are the key responsibilities?
Reporting to the Medical Affairs Manager -
• KOL contracting & Management – coordinating and negotiating agreements with KOLs for key activities e.g., advisory boards
• Financial support - prepare Pos, process invoices and ensure accurate financial record keeping
• Medical & Commercial support – assist the Snr. Medical Affairs Manager & MSLs with medical review activities, and ad hoc projects.
• System maintenance – ensure related systems, KOL management/tracking, MSL reporting platform are utilized effectively, the information is accurate and provide summary reports of KPIs to senior leaders as required.
What education and experience are required?
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Life Sciences preferred.
• Relevant industry work placement a plus.
• Native level English proficiency with a second European language a plus.
What key skills will make you great at the role?
• Scientific expertise – familiarity with medical terminology and the medical field relevant to Aerogen's therapeutic area.
• Project management – organized & meticulous, capable of managing competing demands
• Aware of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the MedTech Industry & Medical Affairs.
• Familiar with good document practices, excellent record keeping.
• Technical – highly proficient with MS suite of applications & digital systems
• Excellent & effective communication skills (written and oral)
