We would like to maintain this position Will you help us?Your mission as a Logistics ManagerIn this role, you'll focus on route planning and execution to ensure the most effective delivery to our customers across the island of Ireland. Thanks to you and your team, we provide our 4000 customers with an excellent customer experience every week.What else will you be doing as a Logistics Manager?Monitor and report on Key Logistic KPIs, including OTIF and cost efficiencyUtilise technology and software tools to automate processes and increase efficiencyResponsible for vehicle planning and allocation of fleet to locations to fulfill daily ordersWork closely with dispatch teams to maximise utilisation of trucks and to ensure complete and timely deliveries to depotsLead and manage the logistics team, including drivers, depot leads and dispatch staffEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations within the logistics functionCollaborate with other departments, such as customer care and sales, to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.Working closely and communicating effectively with other departments; laundry, customer care, sales and purchasing to ensure customer and business expectations are metContribute to project work, including route optimisations.How do you make sure that we offer the best service to our customers?At CWS Hygiene, we believe personal and cultural fit are key to success.
