Description
We are looking for a talented Service Advisor - Power Generation, Plant, Automotive to join our team specialising in Service for our Service Sales department in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a permanent on site position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
* Assess customer needs quickly and accurately, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Create and manage work orders in service systems, keeping operations organised and efficient.
* Provide status updates to customers, reinforcing transparency and reliability.
* Support technicians and staff by scheduling work effectively, removing obstacles, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Apply financial acumen to invoicing, record keeping, and compliance, contributing to better business decisions.
* Document service activities thoroughly, ensuring accurate records for warranty, compliance, and historical tracking.
* Elevate technical issues when needed, ensuring seamless escalation and resolution for complex customer problems.
Responsibilities

* Deliver clear, professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Demonstrate strong customer focus, balancing empathy with efficiency in service delivery.
* Utilise diagnostic and electronic service tools to support troubleshooting and technical documentation.
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, warranty processes, and company standards while maintaining accuracy in all records.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
* Must have service experience in automotive, power generation, or plant & machinery industries.
* Proven background in scheduling work, invoicing jobs, record keeping, and meeting compliance deadlines.
