SEO Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
2. Perform keyword research, analysis, and optimization to identify target keywords for content and landing pages.
3. Conduct website audits to ensure the site is optimized for search engines and user experience (technical SEO).
4. Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
5. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation, including optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
7. Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
8. Work closely with web developers to ensure that any technical SEO issues are resolved.
9. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and ranking.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
11. Report on SEO performance, traffic metrics, and ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.
12. Manage local SEO efforts, optimizing for Google My Business and other local directories.


PPC Responsibilities

* Design and set up Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
* Conduct keyword research to target the right audience and set up ad groups based on campaign objectives.
* Write compelling and relevant ad copy that attracts clicks and aligns with campaign goals.
* Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing banners, videos, or other creative assets for display ads.
* Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify high-performing, relevant keywords.
* Regularly update and optimize keyword lists by adding negative keywords, long-tail keywords, and optimizing bids.
* Monitor campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
* Create and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Adjust bids to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of the campaign budget.
* Manage daily/monthly budgets across multiple campaigns to avoid overspending or underspending.
* Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and ad relevance.
* Test different bidding strategies (manual vs automated) and ad formats to improve performance.
* Set up and manage conversion tracking in Google Ads to measure campaign success.
* Analyze user behavior through Google Analytics and link data with Google Ads for better insights on conversion paths.
* Collaborate with web developers or designers to create optimized landing pages aligned with ad copy.
* Ensure landing pages load quickly, are mobile-friendly, and have strong calls-to-action (CTAs).
* Define target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and search intent.
* Set up retargeting campaigns to reach users who previously interacted with the website but didn’t convert.
* Develop short-term and long-term Google Ads strategies based on business goals, market trends, and competitor analysis.
* Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall digital marketing plan.
* Monitor and improve Google Ads Quality Score by enhancing ad relevance, optimizing landing pages, and increasing CTR.
* Ensure high-quality keywords and well-structured ad groups to reduce CPC and improve ad rank.
* Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and best practices.
* Adapt campaigns to changes in Google’s algorithms, policies, and ad formats.
