eir evo talent is seeking applicants for an Employment Lawyer position for our client in Dublin City Centre (Hybrid working available).
Responsibilities include:
1. Support the Employment Law Partner in all aspects of employment law, including risk assessment, WRC hearings, mediations, and civil court proceedings.
2. Coordinate cross-border projects, including restructurings and compliance projects, and provide employment law support to our Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Requirements:
* Solid legal training in a law firm environment.
* Experience in general employment advisory work.
* Experience handling complex employment matters in a comparable environment is desirable.
* Experience with restrictive covenant litigation, injunctions, and competition and confidentiality matters is helpful.
