Job Opportunity:
A Civils Estimator is required to join a leading Engineering and Construction company. This role can be based out of Kildare or Dublin head office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and activity schedules using estimating software
* Carry out detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Develop and issue subcontractor/supplier enquiry packages, evaluate quotations, and negotiate alignment with project requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering/Construction Management or Similar
* Full Drivers Licence
* 7 years estimating experience on projects up to £25m
