The Area Manager will lead a team of 20+ Store Managers to consistently deliver sales, service, and operational targets. They will foster a high-performance culture, accountability, and exceptional customer service across their region.
Key responsibilities include analysing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and localised initiatives. A robust performance management framework and training tools must be in place to maximise team potential. The regional P&L must be managed effectively to ensure profitability and cost control.
The successful candidate will have 3-4 years' experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent multi-site leadership role. They will possess strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to inspire large teams.
