Job description:Ashdown Park Hotel is currently recruiting for a full time or part time Steakhouse at Rowan team lead.The RoleCustomer service: Ensure a positive guest experience by interacting with customers, resolving complaints and issues, and handling questions.Quality and standards: Uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, including sanitation and food handling procedures.Staff and operations co-ordination: Supervise staff during shifts, coordinate work and delegate tasks, assist with rostering, and handle opening/closing duties.Training and development: Train new and existing employees on food preparation, service standards, safety procedures, and the POS system.
