You will oversee day-to-day production and review activities (including hedge instruments, pricing, P&L, performance fees and associated control checks), ensuring your team delivers accurate, timely work.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, including workflow management, reviews, goal setting, one-to-ones and annual appraisals.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships.Drive change initiatives, contributing to process improvement, efficiency projects and cross-departmental developments.Maintain a strong grip on risk and controls.About YouYou will be an ambitious and motivated Fund Accounting Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up.
