Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Admin for Mercury owned tool & plant
Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including
Database/Register Maintenance
General office management duties associated with this role.
Update the company's internal social media platforms with relevant department news
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
Minimum 3 years' experience
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Desirable Criteria For the Role
Experience in the construction or engineering industry
Experience using SAP
