This is a senior leadership role overseeing health and safety strategy and compliance across multiple residential developments.Role & DutiesLead the development and implementation of the company’s Health & Safety strategy.Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business and contractor network.Ensure compliance with relevant Irish Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations.Monitor updates to legislation, HSA guidance and Approved Codes of Practice, communicating changes to senior management.Manage and continuously improve the company’s Health & Safety Management System.Ensure Safety Statements, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.Carry out H&S audits, inspections and compliance monitoring across multiple sites.Ensure all reportable incidents are notified to the HSA in accordance with statutory requirements.Identify training and competency requirements for employees and contractors.Lead and implement the company’s Health & Safety strategy across multiple residential projects.Requirements8+ years’ experience in a senior Health & Safety positionStrong knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety legislationExperience overseeing multiple construction sitesExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication and influencing abilityExperience driving behavioural safety and cultural changeStrong understanding of construction risk managementPackagePerformance BonusPensionHealth Insurance
