About The Team
Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done. We build groundbreaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process faster, better, with reduced risks. We build AI-first products, automating manual work, freeing up customers’ time and accelerating their businesses. You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday, backed by the enormous support and impacting Workday’s customer base of 70M+ users.
About The Role
You will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our vision to deliver best-in-class AI at scale, transforming how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and handling their contracts. You will apply your expertise to advance initiatives and deliver outstanding value to business professionals worldwide.
Product Leadership & Collaboration
* Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers
* Establish positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap
* Partner with the Evisort data science team as they develop new AI models, using domain knowledge to influence product decisions
* Collaborate with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on customer needs
Product Development
* Be responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address challenges at major companies
* Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback
* Articulate monetization strategies to increase revenue, with tactical execution within Evisort’s Contract Intelligence portfolio
Team Leadership
* Nurture a positive, values-based team culture that encourages iteration and innovation, with a deep understanding of both the legal and business domains to steer product decisions
Market Analysis
* Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, ML, and the broader legal tech landscape
* Conduct market research to find opportunities and challenges unique to the targeted industry
About You
We’re looking for versatile people who love a fast-paced environment, want to ship customer value early and often, and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. The right candidate is a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenging problems, creating creative solutions, and guiding others and clients on how to use the solutions. You bring urgency, a bias for action, and are outcome driven.
Basic Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a primary focus on building and launching generative AI products, including proficiency with LLMs and other generative models
Other Qualifications
* Deep domain expertise in generative AI, with a track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies for generative AI solutions
* Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products
* Experience as a former startup founder with a track record of bringing features to market is an asset
* Knowledge of legal contracts and contract data points, or the ability to quickly get up to speed
* Ability to engage on technical decisions; technical background a plus
* Familiarity with LLMs, ML frameworks, and tools relevant to legal applications
* Excellent clear and logical communication of technical requirements
* Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various partners
* Experience in client-facing roles, bridging internal and external requirements
* Logical problem-solving, able to distill complex use cases into actionable implementations
* Ability to break down large problems into incremental, deliverable pieces
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity to provide clear solutions through reasoning and research
