Senior Civil Engineer Position
A leading contractor seeks a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead their team.
* Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety protocols are implemented on site
* Guarantee that work progresses on time, with regular checks conducted to verify accuracy
* Monitor and interpret contract design documents supplied by clients or architects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work area
2. Oversee site activities to ensure timely completion, regular inspections, and accurate calculations
3. Interpret and monitor contract design documents provided by clients or architects
4. Liaise closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and safety teams, as well as consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the project workforce
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
* At least 5 years of which is on Roads Projects in urban or suburban environments
