We are seeking a GDPR Administrator to join a small, specialist Data Protection team on a temporary basis.
This is a business support role, providing essential support to Data Protection specialists.
The position is ideal for someone who has administrative experience combined with a solid foundational understanding of GDPR and data protection concepts.
Location: Less than 5km from Cork City Centre Hourly rate: €20 -€22 per hour Duraition: 2 month contract with potential to go longer Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Data Protection team.
Triage and log incoming data protection queries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member.
Support the handling of data subject access requests (DSARs) and related activities.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
Assist with reporting and general data protection compliance tasks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely responses to data protection queries.
Contribute to a smooth-running, well-organised team environment.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection terminology Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (Cork location).
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
