Finishing Foreperson Location: Dublin 8 Project: Large-Scale Hotel Development Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join a major hotel development project in Dublin 8. This is a high-profile, multi-storey build where quality, coordination, and delivery to programme are critical. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the final stages of construction, ensuring all internal finishes are completed to the highest standard and in line with project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all finishing trades on site Oversee internal works including: Drylining, ceilings, and partitions Joinery and FF&E installations Flooring, tiling, and wall finishes Painting and decorating Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth sequencing and workflow Lead the snagging and de-snagging process through to handover Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship Ensure works are completed in line with programme targets Liaise closely with: Site Manager Project Manager Design team and client representatives Maintain site records and assist in progress reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson / Finishing Supervisor on construction projects Background in residential, hotel, or commercial fit-out projects Strong understanding of finishing trades and sequencing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Ability to drive works to completion under tight deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills Desirable Experience working on large-scale, multi-unit or hospitality developments Trade background (e.g. carpentry) advantageous Experience working with main contractors on high-spec projects Package Competitive salary €70,000 - €75,000 Vehicle / allowance Pension and benefits package 24 days annual leave Opportunity to work on a landmark Dublin project with a strong pipeline of future work
