Office Customer Service Administrator
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Customer Service Administrator to join our busy and dynamic team. This role is central to our operations and plays a key part in delivering a best-in-class customer service experience.
You will be responsible for handling customer service and sales enquiries, coordinating Field Service Engineers, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high volume of incoming service calls and ensuring timely processing and resolution
* Liaising with customers to follow up on queries, provide updates, and confirm scheduled call-outs
* Reviewing service worksheets, closing service calls, and raising invoices accurately
* Ensuring all service activities are correctly charged and recorded
* Supporting the team with quotes, tenders, and document control in line with company procedures
* Providing general office administration support, including office sales and welcoming customers
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required to support daily service office operations
Skills And Experience
* Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive can-do attitude
* Professional, courteous, and confident telephone manner
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* A reliable team player who can also work independently when required
* Excellent attention to detail with strong IT and systems knowledge
* Previous office-based experience is essential
