We are looking to hire a
Compliance Assistant
to join our Compliance Function on a
Fixed Term Contract of 12 months duration
.
Located in Dublin, the Compliance Assistant will report to the European Head of Compliance (based in Dublin).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day compliance function operational activities and the delivery of regulatory projects.
This role will require you to:
Providing administrative support to the Compliance team
Supporting the preparation of compliance reports for management/Boards/Committees
Managing Licence Applications
Assisting with fitness and probity requirements
Managing regulatory correspondence

We are looking for a self-starter who has a "can do" attitude and enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Exceptional administrative ability
Ability to manage up
