Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Inside Sales leadership.
Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets through effective strategy implementation and team management. Develop, implement, and execute account-specific strategies for regional accounts as well as global accounts within the EMEA region.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to address customer needs across the region including managing complex sales processes from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sale execution.
Sales Leadership: Leverage expertise in strategic planning & execution, pipeline & data management, cross-functional collaboration, communication & influence while showcasing exceptional leadership skills in driving business results.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required but an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
* At least 15 years of experience in sales with minimum 5 years of experience at senior levels such as Director/Director Of Corporate Sales etc.,
