As a Neurovascular Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in cementing our position as the Worldwide Leader in Complete Neurovascular Care. Responsibilities

\
* Maintain relationships with existing hospitals, labs, and customers to identify new sales opportunities.
* Develop technical skill levels for in-servicing clinical staff to enhance product knowledge and utilization.
* Introduce new products in line with launches and training plans to drive business growth.
* Secure and/or renew existing orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and consignment management.
* Maintain open communication lines with current and prospective customers on programs and products.
* Identify opportunities for account penetration through value-added programs across various franchises.
* Develop partnership approaches by building strong relationships with physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, and purchasing personnel.
* Attend interventional procedures as requested by physicians to ensure seamless customer support.
* Monitor sales plans for assigned territories based on business objectives and customer needs.
* Utilize provided sales tools effectively to drive sales performance.
* Commit to traveling as necessary for position and product-line support.
* Build growth plans for future incremental activity in AIS expansion.
* Participate in quarterly business planning, account planning, and local market modeling activities.
* Develop UK/Ire KOL strategies via assigned local KOL networks to enhance market presence.
* Stay updated on Stryker NV products or services being offered and provide feedback to country sales/marketing managers on market receptivity, concerns, or issues learned from customers.
* Maintain ongoing knowledge of market trends and environments to inform strategic decision-making.
* Represent the company at industry trade shows/events, gathering leads, and ensuring follow-up correspondence.
* Document sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports accurately, communicating necessary information as needed.
* Adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring code of conduct issues are reported through appropriate channels.
