We're looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, and solutions-driven
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner
Install, configure, and update systems and applications
Support user onboarding/offboarding and manage accounts
Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance
Document technical steps, issues, and resolutions clearly
Collaborate with teams on IT improvements and upgrades
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting ability across Windows/macOS
Familiarity with remote tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networks, security practices, and system basics
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
